Currently we are looking for a new team member in the Business Client Consulting team. In this position you will be responsible for providing quality and timely service to business clients. You will contribute to creating a green and safe energy ecosystem by: \n\n- Responding promptly qualitatively and efficiently to business client inquiries received by phone email and other e-channels / tools (online chats video calls etc.);\n- Preparing responses to letters and complaints from business clients and government institutions representing client interests coordinating responses with interested parties (other departments);\n- Consulting employees from other company divisions and providing information related to resolving business client issues;\n- Creating additional value for business clients (sales) across all business client consulting channels.
