Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager (Data Platform) who will lead a strong team of Data engineers and help revolutionize our data usage for strategic business decisions. You will contribute to the development and improvement of a robust data platform architecture as well as create and maintain data models for easy access and analysis. This role involves providing mentorship to team members allocating tasks and overseeing project management. You will collaborate with other teams and lead the efforts to resolve technical challenges while defining the architecture supporting our data platform. Staying up-to-date with the latest data technologies and conducting regular code reviews will also be part of your responsibilities. You should have over five years of hands-on developer experience including two years in a leadership role with a solid backend engineering background expertise in modern Data Platform technologies and strong leadership skills.
