Position: Aircraft Maintenance Planner

As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner at FL Technics you will be responsible for preparing the aircraft defect rectification plan and creating the daily production plan based on customer requests and available manpower. You will analyze the required and available manpower for shifts and communicate operational issues with customers. Your role also includes analyzing tools and equipment necessary for daily production and acting as the focal point for AOG situations alongside other customer requests. The ability to work under stress and tight deadlines is essential along with organizing ground time and labor as needed.

This position requires a diploma in aviation and a valid aircraft maintenance license is considered an advantage. You should have at least two years of Aviation/MCC/Maintenance experience with A320 and B737 aircraft and possess excellent English communication skills. AMOS knowledge is preferred and a willingness to work shifts is necessary.
