Job Description

FL Technics is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s network. This role involves managing client relationships acting as a primary contact for commercial matters and creating sales plans aimed at achieving business objectives such as revenue growth and market share expansion. The candidate will monitor sales performance prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Leading contract negotiations while maintaining strong client relationships is essential along with analyzing market trends and strategizing based on competitive landscape. Attendance at industry events will be necessary to identify leads and stay informed about market dynamics. Candidates should have proven experience in sales management preferably in Aviation and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The role demands a self-motivated results-driven individual with the ability to analyze market trends. Fluency in English and a willingness to travel may be required.
