FL Technics seeks an IT Support Specialist responsible for onsite support and resolution of IT incidents and requests. This role involves effective communication with users regarding incident resolution and managing access rights workflows. The successful candidate will prepare and repair workplace equipment for users. Key qualifications include good communication skills basic understanding of computer components and architecture and proficiency in English. Familiarity with the IT support process and experience working with ServiceDesk applications such as Jira is advantageous. The position offers exclusive experience in the aviation industry with flexible working hours to enhance work-life balance and the opportunity to work remotely for up to one month a year.
