This role involves leading the preparation of consolidated financial statements developing and implementing group-wide accounting policies and tax procedures while ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will support the integration of accounting processes for newly acquired entities and foster collaboration with local finance teams to align with standards. The position also emphasizes process optimization driving improvement in consolidation practices and employing automation solutions. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles with at least 4 years of experience in finance controlling or auditing. Skills in IFRS consolidation and analytical capabilities to manage across multiple jurisdictions are essential. Experience with Navision Dynamics or BI tools is an advantage.
