The Finance Analyst at FL Technics will play a pivotal role in financial analysis and insights by evaluating the financial performance of assigned business units and providing actionable recommendations. The position demands expertise in budgeting controlling and monitoring where the individual will prepare and oversee budgets in alignment with corporate objectives while implementing essential internal controls. Participation in the month-end closing process is crucial involving the preparation of accruals and reconciliations for accurate financial reporting. As a Finance Business Partner the role requires close collaboration with the Group Finance Controller to ensure compliance and facilitate the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Ideal candidates will possess analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial reporting processes including IFRS along with at least three years in finance analysis or controlling. Proficiency in financial software and a solid command of English are essential.
