Job Description

The Quality and Process Manager will analyze develop document and ensure the continuous improvement of company operational processes. This role includes developing a process management model based on best global practices managing project implementations across the company and promoting a process-oriented philosophy. The position is also responsible for coordinating company risks preparing ISO documentation conducting internal audits and representing the company during external audits.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have experience successfully implementing changes and projects related to process development and efficiency. A strong command of process management optimization tools and methods such as LEAN 5S and 6Sigma along with hands-on experience with ISO process management is required. Candidates should demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration skills in driving significant changes across the company a strong results orientation and a sense of responsibility in stressful situations. Excellent organizational and communication skills along with analytical capabilities and strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and design software are essential. Ability to communicate in English and a valid category B driver's license are also required.
