The Project Manager at Litgrid is responsible for establishing the requirements for electrical networks and their technological connections while coordinating preparatory construction projects and related land documents. The role also involves managing easement contracts and overseeing leasing transactions. The Project Manager assesses network user submissions related to land management and provides necessary conclusions. The position ensures accurate data management regarding company land use within the Property Management Information System and is tasked with issuing planning conditions for land use documents. You will represent company interests in negotiations with state and municipal institutions and interact with individuals and legal entities in matters relevant to your responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a higher university degree preferably in engineering technology or social sciences. Relevant work experience in a similar position is required alongside proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software. A solid understanding of Lithuanian legislation regarding land use and planning is crucial as well as excellent Lithuanian language skills and documentation preparation capabilities. Candidates should also demonstrate strong MS Office skills coupled with meticulousness accountability and good communication abilities. An outcome orientation with the capacity to work independently and address arising challenges is essential.
