Job Description
The role involves overseeing the legal aspects of connecting renewable energy resources to the electrical transmission network as well as managing the electric power transmission system. You will consult colleagues on regulatory legal issues and prepare necessary contracts while monitoring changes to EU and national legislation. Furthermore you will draft procedural documents gather and assess evidence and represent the company in cases. The position also includes representing the company’s interests in international organizations state authorities and during negotiations with third parties while coordinating various legal tasks and projects.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a master’s degree in law and have knowledge of energy law and civil procedure law. Excellent command of the English language is crucial with experience in drafting documents analyzing information and effective communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking along with collaboration skills diplomacy and a results-oriented mindset are required. Additionally the ability to represent the company nationally and internationally is essential. Familiarity with legal issues in renewable energy is an advantage as is previous experience in a regulatory environment or working on electric energy projects.
