Job Description

As a Junior Asset Management Engineer you will analyze transportation usage and building structures while providing recommendations for their effective management. You will ensure the proper operation of vehicles and machinery and monitor the condition of buildings and structures on an ongoing basis. Additionally you will initiate sales of unused assets related to buildings or vehicles and manage the procurement processes necessary for these assets while overseeing contract fulfillment.

Job Requirements

Candidates should hold a higher education degree or be final year students in transportation mechanics or building management. You must be curious and motivated to learn essential asset management systems relevant to the role. Interest in transportation and building maintenance is expected along with solid practical skills in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languages is required as well as a valid B category driving license. Analytical skills the ability to organize and summarize information along with a readiness for innovation result orientation and strong negotiation and planning abilities are crucial.
