Job Description

The role involves maintaining the IT section of electricity market and operational applications on a daily basis troubleshooting incidents executing orders and changes and analyzing technical problems. Additionally participation in project activities focusing on integrations and data exchanges with other IT systems is expected along with providing first-level support registering resolving and analyzing incoming inquiries and transferring them to responsible employees.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess higher education preferably in IT or technology sciences. Experience in administering large IT applications or systems such as CRM or ERP is required along with knowledge of databases such as Oracle or MySQL and SQL. Experience in IT service user support is essential. Candidates should be motivated eager to learn and be responsible and independent with good written and spoken English skills. Problem solving skills and results orientation are also necessary. Knowledge of integration platforms and energy sector specifics are advantages.
