Job Description

As an IT application administrator for electrical market applications you will oversee the daily operation of IT applications related to electricity transmission system operations such as incident resolution executing orders and analyzing technical issues. You will participate in project activities maintaining and enhancing integrations and data exchanges with other IT systems. Additionally you will work in a first-level support team registering and resolving incoming queries while also analyzing and passing them to responsible personnel ensuring smooth operation within the organization.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a higher education preferably in IT or technological sciences with experience in managing large IT applications or systems such as CRM ERP or asset management. Knowledge of at least one database system like Oracle MS SQL or MySQL along with SQL skills is required. Experience in user consultation and support within IT services is necessary along with motivation and a desire to learn and improve. Candidates should have good English language proficiency and demonstrate results orientation as well as quick problem-solving abilities.
