Job Description
The job involves ensuring the instruction of department employees according to legal acts and coordinating their provision with personal protective equipment while maintaining records. The engineer will monitor the necessity of employee qualification elevating needs and timely submit training requests while administering labor time accounting documents in accordance with company procedures. Additionally the role includes planning and managing the parameters for employees' holidays and absences as well as administering orders for goods services and works essential for the department's operations within the company. Participation in other departmental initiatives and projects is also expected.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a secondary education ideally in the field of electrical engineering or be a final-year student. Proficiency in communication negotiation and teamwork is essential along with excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office. Understanding of safety regulations and preparing and formulating general documents along with legislative project development will be considered an advantage. A category B driving license is required for travel to various sites.
