The Chief Compliance Lawyer is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to both internal and external legal regulations and policies. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes effectively and communicating updates promptly while actively participating in legislative processes. The successful candidate will identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for effective management evaluate instances of non-compliance and implement necessary corrective measures. Additionally the Chief Compliance Lawyer will conduct compliance audits and act as an expert on data protection ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position also includes consulting with company staff on compliance issues and addressing other legal tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a higher education law degree and have relevant experience in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential alongside analytical thinking and attention to detail. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is crucial. Proficiency in English is also required to effectively handle legal documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
