Job Description
Amber Grid is the gas transmission system operator in Lithuania responsible for the transmission of natural gas to consumers as well as the maintenance operation and development of infrastructure. Together with EPSO-G Amber Grid aims to achieve common goals under the EPSO-G group's strategy for 2035. Implementing this strategy Amber Grid is directly responsible for the implementation of green hydrogen and CO2 activities continuing the development of renewable energy sources modernizing the existing gas transmission system and implementing ensuring measures for the security of critical energy infrastructure.
Job Requirements
General requirements include a higher university education or equivalent significant experience in the position of CEO or another senior executive position at a large company or corporate group over the last seven years. Proven experience in managing and implementing strategic infrastructure projects strategic business development and the ability to ensure leadership and organizational development while implementing organizational changes are essential. The candidate should have outstanding Lithuanian and English language skills in both written and spoken forms while specific requirements include stakeholder engagement and management experience in strategic projects successful representation of corporate interests at high levels as well as excellent communication and public speaking skills that effectively convey the company’s vision.
