Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a Python background to strengthen our team. This role involves managing resources building the organization and developing Python capabilities through coaching engineers and defining personal development plans. Additionally you will recruit effectively establish career development plans and create a motivating work environment. You will actively contribute to a variety of projects while managing client expectations and ensuring timely project delivery. A crucial part of your responsibilities will be to define project schedules manage team priorities and oversee product lifecycle processes. The position offers a hybrid setup allowing flexibility to work from various locations in Lithuania including Vilnius and Kaunas.
