Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer you will leverage your expertise to enhance our governance perspective while ensuring a stable ServiceNow platform that aligns with the evolving needs of business and IT. You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform meeting business requirements and collaborating with analysts and testers to ensure quality solutions. In this hybrid role you have the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania and play a crucial part in increasing ServiceNow usability at scale which includes reducing platform sprawl and driving automation. To excel in this position you should have 3 or more years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform including Customer Service Management Governance Risk and Compliance and IT Service Management along with proficiency in JS coding and Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and a good command of English are essential.
