We seek an SAP Technical Engineering Manager to lead our expert team in SAP Basis-SAP Business Technology Platform BTP Administration. This position emphasizes the importance of both technical prowess and relationship-building skills as you will direct a team of SAP experts overseeing all SAP Basis-BTP operations while ensuring alignment with stakeholders across departments. Your responsibilities will include crafting proposals for SAP projects collaborating with IT teams driving compliance through regular audits and managing projects with SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields along with at least seven years of experience in SAP Basis and BTP administration particularly in managerial roles. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and troubleshooting complex technical issues are essential. This role offers a hybrid work setup allowing flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania including the offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.
