Job Description

We seek a seasoned and visionary Engineering Team Lead who will coordinate our AI/ML engineering unit while driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance client experiences. This role requires a leader to strategize and deliver MLOps initiatives by engaging with essential business stakeholders. You will design develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using complex cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities include creating infrastructure diagrams guiding junior engineers through task allocation and ensuring best coding practices. Excellent communication is key as you will liaise with senior stakeholders while mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid position allows for flexible working from any location within Lithuania.
