We are currently searching for a qualified Lead Test Automation Engineer in Python who possesses a robust background in automation and performance solutions to enhance our vibrant team. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality automated regression suites and test harnesses. A motivated tech-savvy strategic thinker will thrive in this role. This position allows for a hybrid setup offering flexibility to work from home or our offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. You will be expected to develop inclusive test plans from functional and design specifications while working with development teams to meet quality requirements. It is important to capture quality assurance data to facilitate risk analysis for quality delivery.
