Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Java Engineer who is passionate about solution architecture to enhance our Master Data Management platform. You will be instrumental in differentiating backend services while refining a new application and integrating systems internally and externally. This role allows for hybrid work flexibility from anywhere in Lithuania including our Vilnius and Kaunas offices. An ideal candidate has over seven years of Java software engineering experience with a focus on microservices architecture and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and effective team collaboration are essential for this position. You will develop Java-based microservices while ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and code reviews. Keeping up with the latest Java trends is also part of the role. Familiarity with Apache Kafka and a background in microservices are advantageous.
