Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to lead our development team and ensure the success of our client's flagship Win32/64-based application. In this role you will manage the enhancement of the application which incorporates components in Java and JavaScript/React with a focus on Oracle databases and cloud migrations. The position allows for a hybrid setup providing flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania including our offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. You will direct a team in designing developing and implementing Java applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Your responsibilities will also extend to overseeing the migration of on-premise applications to Oracle Cloud maintaining and optimizing Oracle databases and guiding the team in implementing best practices to ensure code quality performance and reliability while mentoring team members.
