Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead our Commerce and Digital Marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role you will oversee a team of engineers and testers to streamline the automation and optimization of build test and deployment pipelines while driving innovation and ensuring the stability of high-performance systems in a dynamic environment. This position supports a hybrid work model allowing you to operate from any location in Lithuania. You will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines managing software development infrastructure collaborating with teams to maintain distributed systems and automating deployment tasks. Additionally you will lead the team to provide stability in tools and environments ensuring visibility and transparency through effective leadership. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in relevant technologies and a strong grasp of Agile practices with proficiency in English.
