We are seeking a Lead Cloud Native Node.js Engineer focused on integrating AI capabilities into projects. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership in managing a team of engineers with a robust proficiency in Node.js and a deep understanding of at least one major cloud provider. Familiarity with Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation is essential for seamlessly implementing AI capabilities in scalable solutions. This role involves leading cloud-native solution development emphasizing AI integration architecting AI-driven applications using Node.js frameworks and mentoring junior engineers. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to cloud-native architectures while maintaining code quality. This position offers a hybrid work setup allowing flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania whether at home or in dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.
