Join our client's core filesystem team as a Lead System Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in one of the world’s leading data storage providers. The company excels in crafting scalable and resilient distributed storage solutions for diverse industries including academic research manufacturing and life sciences. This hybrid position allows you to work from any location in Lithuania including from home or dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. As a Lead System Software Engineer you will be responsible for technical discovery work the development of technical specifications and participating in module design as well as ongoing performance analysis in distributed environments. You will also be involved in debugging complex problems and driving software quality assurance activities. Candidates should possess excellent C or C++ programming skills strong fundamentals in computer science and knowledge of debugging in distributed environments.
