Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Application Support Engineer to enhance our support operations while championing best practices in application monitoring and incident management. The successful candidate will be pivotal in guiding a team of support engineers offering technical mentorship while managing support processes and ensuring efficient daily operations. Expertise in Azure cloud technologies particularly in log analysis through Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics is crucial along with strong real-time troubleshooting abilities. The role entails direct customer engagement for incident resolution overseeing shift schedules to guarantee round-the-clock support. The candidate should possess solid experience as an L2 Application Support Engineer managing intricate incidents and familiar with ITSM practices. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Lithuania or collaborate at our Vilnius and Kaunas offices.
