Job Description

We are searching for a Key System Software Engineer to join our client's core filesystem team. Our client is a leading data storage provider for high-performance computing catering to industries such as academic research manufacturing and life sciences. The successful candidate will participate in the development of distributed storage systems driving design and optimization while contributing to architectural decisions to ensure scalability reliability and performance. Moreover collaboration with cross-functional teams including software engineers and product managers is essential to steer the development process. A strong background in C or C++ programming along with extensive knowledge of debugging techniques in distributed environments is required. The role also demands familiarity with distributed systems multi-threading and experience on Linux/Unix platforms. Strong English communication skills are a must and knowledge of agile methodologies would be a plus. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Lithuania or connect with colleagues in Vilnius and Kaunas offices.
