Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java-Node.js Development Team Lead with proficiency in SAP to join our team at EPAM. You will play a crucial role in the development and support of applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform while also leading the technical aspects of our team. This position supports a hybrid work environment that allows you to work from anywhere in Lithuania. In this role you will conduct code critiques monitor applications document technical processes and collaborate with your team on performance and needs. You will engage with customers on technical issues and provide essential metrics to management. You should have strong knowledge of Java 8 RESTful architecture and be skilled in JPA and Spring Boot. Familiarity with Agile methodologies microservice architecture and the SAP Business Technology Platform is advantageous. English proficiency at level B2 or above is required.
