Job Description

We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform. In this role you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM ITOM HR and other business domains for customers worldwide. This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas. You will drive requirement gathering and analysis create user stories and specifications design and improve processes in ESM and serve as a subject matter expert communicating requirements and acting as a liaison between clients and development teams. A background in designing processes in ESM experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency in ServiceNow or similar tools will be beneficial to your success in this role.
