Job Description

We are looking for an Azure Technology Leader to join our dynamic team in the Baltics region. This role centers around developing strategic cloud designs and implementing cloud architectures and applications tailored to meet client needs. You will lead R&D efforts and the creation of innovative intellectual property for EPAM's Cloud Practice while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and cloud technology expertise within the teams. The position supports a hybrid work setup allowing flexibility to operate from home or the Vilnius and Kaunas offices in Lithuania. Your responsibilities encompass driving significant application development modernization by creating secure and scalable cloud solutions. Experience in Azure services is essential as is the ability to manage distributed teams and influence various stakeholders effectively. Strong communication skills are vital to articulate technical concepts in an accessible manner. The role requires a tech-savvy leader enthusiastic about business transformation, ready for both domestic and international travel.
