Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative on our Product Support team you will play a vital role in assisting Dexcom users directly. Your main responsibility will be to interact with Dexcom patients primarily through incoming calls and online channels primarily in both English and German. This involves providing technical support by delivering clear instructions and fostering effective usage of Dexcom CGM systems. Your ability to build strong relationships with patients and guide them through their concerns will be key for success in this role. Additionally you will be tracking your achievements and statistics through measurable KPIs which will be essential for personal growth in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative problem-solving is encouraged as you engage with both internal teams and patients to enhance overall service quality.
