Job Description

As a Supervisor, Technical Support at Dexcom, you will lead a dedicated team providing assistance to patients and families using Dexcom products. Your leadership and technical expertise are crucial in coaching and developing the team to ensure a high-quality support experience, focusing on effective troubleshooting and communication to resolve issues efficiently. This role includes overseeing the employee lifecycle from hiring to retention, encouraging continuous improvement while meeting or exceeding department metrics. You will also foster exceptional relationships across departments to enhance communication and operational efficiency while actively participating in escalated customer resolutions and market launches.
