Job Description

As a Supervisor, Inside Operations, you will lead and develop the CGM commercial support team for an assigned region. Your role involves overseeing customer support representatives to ensure quality and timely service, coaching employees to meet performance standards, and providing necessary training while monitoring customer support skills. You will also recruit and onboard new team members, analyze key performance indicators, and manage complaints. Your responsibilities extend to identifying improvement opportunities while maintaining proactive communication with departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that operational processes are effective and efficient.
