Job Description

As a member of the Operational Excellence organization at Dexcom you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and enhancing operational efficiency. Your role involves collaborating with leaders to create and implement initiatives that elevate the organization’s maturity while acting as a trusted consultant to assist them in navigating changes effectively. You will lead and coordinate initiatives focused on process and organizational improvements while facilitating problem-solving sessions aimed at identifying root causes of issues. You are expected to design processes that recommend standardization or redesign to align with business needs and engage in other organizational activities as necessary.
