Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Dexcom you will be instrumental in supporting the execution and oversight of global clinical trials primarily based in the United States and Europe. You will be involved with multi-national project teams and focus on delivering high standards of customer service on numerous challenging studies. Your responsibilities encompass conducting on-site or remote monitoring activities to ensure that investigational site facilities and staff meet compliance regulations. You will prepare monitoring reports document discussions and actions during visits perform site audits ensure readiness for inspections and maintain consistent communication with clinical teams while collaborating cross-functionally for robust study processes. Your role requires a strong ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple studies ensuring data compliance and taking part in process improvements across clinical operations. Your actionable insights and dedication will contribute significantly to improving human health outcomes.
