The EMEA Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role within the EMEA Sales Enablement and Operations team. This position requires close collaboration with the Sales Enablement and Operations Senior Manager to design and manage sales incentive plans while ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves conducting detailed analyses of sales performance data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights. The specialist will also create and maintain sales processes, CRM analytics, and dashboards, facilitating better decision-making and process optimization across the organization.
