Job Description

As an Inside Operations Representative (with German language) at Dexcom you will act as a guide for patient registration and onboarding helping German speaking patients in Germany to gain access to our products. After your onboarding and training you will become a trusted guide for patients and their families as they access Dexcom’s life-changing products. You will play a vital role in the product reimbursement approval process preparing essential documentation for German health insurance companies and medical authorities to ensure a smooth journey for our users. Your responsibilities will include estimating product supply costs coordinating the onboarding process for new patients according to medical authority guidelines and communicating with various stakeholders to troubleshoot issues related to prescriptions and reimbursements while documenting all communications in the company’s internal systems. Your role is integral to ensuring patients receive the support and access they need to improve their health outcomes.
