Job Description

As a Product Support Representative at Dexcom, you will play an integral role in assisting customers with their Dexcom products by addressing their inquiries and providing essential technical support. This position requires you to serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with established quality systems. You will engage directly with users to resolve product concerns and enhance their understanding of using Dexcom's technology effectively. Your responsibilities include accessing patient accounts, documenting inquiries, and conducting follow-ups, while also offering training and guidance related to mobile apps and cloud services. The role demands strong communication skills in both Italian and English, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
