Job Description

As a Product Support Advisor (with German language) at Dexcom you will become an expert in our innovative CGM technology that measures glucose levels in real time. After comprehensive onboarding and training you will provide compassionate guidance and support to Dexcom patients living with diabetes as well as their families and caregivers. You will be the first point of contact for patients and medical professionals in Germany addressing their questions and troubleshooting issues related to Dexcom devices and applications. In this role you will also document and analyze patient information send replacements and samples while performing follow-ups. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while maintaining high satisfaction scores in surveys. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be key as you educate and train patients and healthcare providers on our products.
