Job Description

As the Billing Specialist at Dexcom, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer orders and invoicing processes. Your responsibilities will include performing quality assurance checks to guarantee the timely release of orders and managing the administration of invoice generation and delivery for various customers. You will review new customer accounts to confirm the accuracy of billing data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address invoice queries and resolve discrepancies. Your analytical skills will be essential as you regularly review billing reports to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's objectives.
