Job Description

The Legal Billing Specialist at Dexcom will play a crucial role within the Legal Operations team by supporting the administration of Legal's eBilling platform while coordinating with legal vendors and ensuring compliance with established billing policies. In this dynamic position, you will act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, facilitating vendor onboarding and necessary setups for new matters. The specialist will monitor the submission and approval of invoices, conducting audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial dealings. Your efforts will not only maintain structured billing processes but enhance overall operational support to the Global Legal Department. Success in this role requires at least three years of experience in billing or operations, preferably within a legal setup, underpinned by strong communication and organization skills. Working within a high-performing team, your contributions will directly impact our commitment to innovative support and operational excellence.
