Job Description

As a member of the Global Corporate Compliance team the Compliance Data Analytics role focuses on designing implementing and delivering Dexcom’s Compliance Analytics Program. This position involves close collaboration with Regional Compliance Leads alongside cross-functional teams to develop analytics dashboards and robotic process automation programs tailored for the EMEA APAC and Americas regions. You will define the scope and frequency of reporting and work closely with IT Finance and Legal Operations to gather and analyze both structured and unstructured data. The role also includes partnering with vendors to implement dashboards in IT systems using tools such as Tableau while preparing reports for Compliance Committees and staying informed about changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. A key part of the role also involves assisting in compliance risk assessments and monitoring key performance indicators for effective compliance management.
