Job Description

As an Inside Operations Representative (with German language) at Dexcom you will act as a guide for patient registration and onboarding helping German speaking patients in Germany to gain access to our products. After your onboarding and training you’ll become a trusted guide for patients and their families as they access Dexcom’s life-changing products. You will play a vital role in the product reimbursement approval process preparing essential documentation for German health insurance companies and medical authorities to ensure a smooth journey for our users. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks estimating product supply costs coordinating the onboarding process for new patients communicating with health insurance companies physicians and patients to troubleshoot and resolve issues and documenting all communications in the company's internal systems. Success in this role requires you to have strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills using your expertise to enhance the experience for our users while collaborating with other teams.
