Job Description

As a Product Support Advisor (with German language) at Dexcom you will become an expert in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology which measures glucose levels in real-time using a sensor that provides accurate readings to smart devices. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for patients and medical professionals in Germany addressing product concerns troubleshooting technical issues alongside documenting and analyzing patient information. You will educate and train patients and healthcare providers while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality and contributing to high satisfaction rates in customer surveys. This position requires empathy and strong communication skills allowing you to provide compassionate support to Dexcom patients and their families.
