Job Description

The Cash Collections Specialist role at Dexcom involves managing a portfolio of customers in Spain to ensure timely payment of invoices. This experienced professional will proactively engage with customers, identifying any payment risks or issues and collaborating closely with the sales team to resolve overdue invoices. An essential component of this position is maintaining solid relationships and producing regular reports on customer debt positions, all while driving strategies to minimize bad debt. The position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work efficiently towards performance targets while adapting to a fast-paced environment. As part of the EMEA Accounts Receivable team, the specialist will significantly contribute to regional performance and overall customer satisfaction.
