Job Description

The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional process improvement and change projects throughout the EMEA region at Dexcom. This position involves managing multiple concurrent projects using established BPI methodologies to ensure successful transformations across the business. By consulting with key stakeholders to identify criteria for project success, the BPI Project Manager will also visualize existing and future processes, assisting teams in understanding the impacts of changes. They will address problems with effective business solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Additionally, support for Lean Six Sigma practitioners will also be provided to enhance project outcomes.
