Job Description

As an Inside Operations Representative (with German language) at Dexcom you will act as a guide for patient registration and onboarding helping German speaking patients in Germany to gain access to our products. After your onboarding and training you will become a trusted guide for patients and their families as they access Dexcom’s life-changing products. You will play a vital role in the product reimbursement approval process preparing essential documentation for German health insurance companies and medical authorities to ensure a smooth journey for our users. Your responsibilities will include coordinating onboarding processes for new patients and communicating with health insurance companies physicians and patients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
