Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive team development and manage performance in the area of AD products at Danske Bank. This role involves leading a team focused on Active Directory Entra ID ADFS PKI and MFA solutions while ensuring security best practices and market innovations. The Team Leader will steer the AD technologies roadmap support public cloud migrations and uphold modern working methods. The position emphasizes professional growth through mentoring and team governance fostering a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will possess over five years of team leadership experience in a technical capacity specifically related to the security sector with solid knowledge of AD and related products. Responsibilities also include integrating products with cloud services maintaining policies for system administration and conducting team meetings to advance projects and objectives.
