Job Description

In the role of leading the Technology Risk Assessments and Controls team at Danske Bank you will manage a group of 25 professionals responsible for identifying and assessing technology risks. Your leadership will ensure adherence to the bank’s IT and cyber security frameworks while providing essential support to service owners. A customer-centric approach is vital as you work closely with various teams to monitor and manage technology risks efficiently. You will refine and enhance risk assessment processes while contributing to team members' development through feedback and training. The ideal candidate should have over five years of experience in technology risk or cybersecurity along with proven leadership capabilities. A strong understanding of governance risk and compliance processes is crucial as is familiarity with security frameworks. This position is perfect for those who have a passion for directing high-performing teams in an Agile environment fostering a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
